Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) Enrollment All Title IV schools that are eligible to participate in the Direct Loan or Family Federal Education Loan programs must enroll to receive electronic cohort default rate notification (eCDR) through SAIG. In addition, once enrolled in SAIG, schools may access many other valuable and necessary Title IV services electronically.
