This version supersedes all previous versions of the COD Technical Reference. The COD Technical Reference v3.3 is intended for 2002-2003 Full Participants only. However, the following chapters within the COD Technical Reference v3.3 are applicable to all participants: School Testing Guide, Phase-In Test Cases Guide, and system security information within the COD Implementation Guide.
