Default Prevention and Management Default Prevention and Management calculates and disseminates school cohort default rates, processes appeals/adjustments/challenges to the default rate data, and works with schools/agencies on default prevention tools and techniques. Guaranty agency and lender cohort default rates are available from Financial Partners, Partner Services, at (202) 377-3053.
