ALPHABETICAL and NUMERICAL DATA MANAGER CONTACTS

The following list identifies the various Data Manager codes for Federal Family Education Loans (FFELs) and William D. Ford Direct Loans (Direct Loans) included on a school's loan record detail report and detailed repayment information. The list is in alphabetical order by state followed by the data manager code.

For additional information on a particular data manager, click on the data manager numerical code desired, and you will be directed to the data manager list. The list contains the name, address, telephone number, e-mail and website information for the data manager code specified on your school's loan record detail report. Data managers should contact Default Prevention and Management at fsa.schools.default.management@ed.gov or 202-377-4259, when any changes occur in the information listed. In addition, if a school discovers that the information listed for a data manager is incorrect, they should contact Default Prevention and Management at the previously listed e-mail address or telephone number.
