Birthday Federal Holiday Processing and Customer Service Hours

Our Federal offices as
well as some of our Title IV processors and call centers will be closed on Monday,
February 21, 2005 to observe George Washington's Birthday Federal Holiday.
The Common Origination
and Disbursement (COD) System will accept and process data from schools and
send back responses/acknowledgements on Monday, February 21, 2005. However,
requests for changes in funding levels and for funds will not be processed until
Tuesday, February 22, 2005. Note that this also applies to requests for changes
in funding levels and for funds received after 10:00 AM (ET) on Friday, February
18, 2005.
The CPS system will be accepting data on Monday, February 21, 2005, but will
not compute new ISIRs until Tuesday, February 22, 2005.
All FSA Websites will remain
operational over the holidays.
