SUBJECT:  Columbus Day Federal Holiday Processing and Customer Service Hours

Our Federal offices, as well as our Title IV processors and some call centers, will be closed on Monday, October 11, 2004 for the Columbus Day Federal Holiday. A status of each major center is in the table below.

The COD computer system will accept and process data from schools, and will send back acknowledgements on Columbus Day. However, requests for changes in funding levels and for funds will not be processed until Tuesday, October 12. For all other systems, you will be able to send and receive data on Monday, but it won't be picked up until Tuesday. We will resume retrieving, processing, and sending data on Tuesday, October 12, 2004 as all offices, production centers, and customer service centers will resume normal operations. All FSA Websites will remain operational over the holiday.
