SUBJECT: Veterans Day Federal Holiday Processing and Customer Service Hours

Our Federal offices, as well as our Title IV processors and some call centers, will be closed on Thursday, November 11, 2004 for the Veterans Day Federal Holiday. A status of each major center is in the table below.

The COD System will accept and process data from schools and send back responses/acknowledgements on Thursday, November 11, 2004. However, requests for changes in funding levels and for funds will not be processed until Friday, November 12, 2004. All FSA Websites will remain operational over the holiday.
