We are pleased to provide you with the final 2003-2004 drug worksheet. As last year, we have a version of the "Worksheet for Question 35" for the SAR as well as for the Renewal Application. The format of the "Worksheet for Question 35" has not changed from last year. We did add a clarifying statement to page 1 stating that if the student is convicted of possessing or selling drugs, the student will lose eligibility for federal student aid.
