The Quality Assurance Program Team is pleased to announce a series of training sessions to be offered to QA schools in the months of October, November and December, 2009. Three live sessions will be offered via Microsoft Live Meeting (MLM). The sessions will be recorded for members of your team that are unable to attend. Participation in each live session will be limited and registration will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Here is a brief description of the sessions:
Interpreting Institutional Profiles, Analyzing the Effectiveness and Efficacy of Institutional Verification, and Review of QA Program-Wide Results from 2008-09 – This session will:
- Familiarize participants with interpreting the results of their institutional profiles
- Review analytic template available through a shared report
- Discuss the 2008-09 QA program- wide findings
- Review Random Sample Protocol for 2010-11

In your email, indicate your name, name of your school, telephone number, and the title, date & time of the session you would like to attend. The instructor will send you a confirmation letter and instructions for attending the session.

ISIR Analysis Tool – A Primer for Beginners (These sessions have been completed. It will be recorded and posted in the Training section of our web site for those who were unable to attend.)
- Familiarize participants with running and analyzing the Standard Reports available in the ISIR Analysis Tool
- Use data from a QA school to analyze one verification criteria
- Teach participants to run a shared report
- Review QA requirements for the ISIR Analysis Tool

- Provide guidance for creating Custom Reports
- Teach participants to access Shared Reports
- Teach participants to analyze verification data
