Subject: February 3rd Unavailability of IFAP Website Resolved

For several hours on Friday, February 3, 2017, we experienced a recurring issue that prevented users from accessing the IFAP website. We fully resolved the issue and resumed normal IFAP operations at 6:30 P.M. (ET) that day. We closely monitored the website over the weekend and have experienced no further lapses in IFAP availability.

We regret inconveniences caused by the website’s unavailability and thank the community for its patience and understanding during the unplanned outage.
