Subject: SAIG Processing Delays Resolved October 25, 2010

Earlier this morning, we determined that the Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) mailbox servers were not processing as expected.  We have corrected the issue and normal operations have been restored.  We will continue to monitor the SAIG and will immediately report any other interruptions in availability.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to resolve the issue.
