Subject: OUTAGE ALERT- FAA Access to CPS Online and SAIG Enrollment Web Site Service Outage Planned for December 12, 2010

Note: The service outage described below has been rescheduled for December 19, 2010. Please refer to a December 10, 2010 Electronic Announcement for further information.

On December 12, 2010, we plan to implement annual system updates to the Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) Enrollment Web site. The updates will add the 2011-2012 Award Year to the appropriate services. In addition, users currently enrolled for 2010-2011 batch services or FAA Access to CPS Online services will be automatically enrolled for those services for the 2011-2012 cycle.

Please review the information below and evaluate impact on your school or organization during the periods when the affected Web sites will be unavailable. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete the required activities.

Unavailability of FAA Access to CPS Online and SAIG Enrollment Web Sites – December 12, 2010

FAA Access to CPS Online and the SAIG Enrollment Web site will be unavailable from 5:00 A.M. (ET) until 7:00 P.M. (ET) on Sunday, December 12, 2010 in order to implement the system updates.
