Subject: Availability of the New NSLDS Enrollment Spreadsheet Submittal Format and Updated NSLDS Enrollment Reporting Guide (July 2014)

We are pleased to announce the availability of the New National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) Enrollment Spreadsheet Submittal Format on the Federal Student Aid Download (FSAdownload) Web site, to include changes to support the 150% Direct Subsidized Loan Limit and program-level enrollment reporting. The New NSLDS Enrollment Spreadsheet Submittal Format is an online reporting method schools can use to supply enrollment data to NSLDS via the NSLDS Professional Access Web site.

The New NSLDS Enrollment Spreadsheet Submittal Instruction Guide, a comprehensive document containing step-by-step instructions for reporting enrollment information to NSLDS via spreadsheet submittal, is also now available in the "Software and Associated Documents" section of the FSAdownload Web site. This guide replaces the most recently published guide (posted in January 2013) and includes information on reporting program-level enrollment information and e-mail addresses using the Enrollment Spreadsheet Submittal Format.

Additionally, an updated version of the NSLDS Enrollment Reporting Guide is now available on the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) Web site, in the NSLDS User Documentation section. This guide replaces the most recently published guide (posted in April 2014). It includes minor clarifications and updates, and also incorporates the updated Enrollment Spreadsheet Submittal information.
