ACTION: Notification of revised schedule of negotiated rulemaking committee meetings. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: On October 15, 2018, we announced our intention to establish a negotiated rulemaking committee to prepare proposed regulations for the Federal Student Aid programs authorized under title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA). We also announced the schedule for the committee and the three topic-based subcommittee meetings. In this notification, we announce changes to the meeting times for the third session of the Accreditation and Innovation Committee's negotiated rulemaking and the addition of a fourth session of negotiations.
