The "Plugins & Viewever" link gives you access for helpful downloadable tools.

The "IFAP Bookmark" link allows you to bookmark the page you are currently viewing, if you are currently logged in through My IFAP.

The "Questions/Comments" link allows the user to make comments via email about the particular page they are viewing.
