Subject: Electronic Announcement Posted - Publication of Final Rule for Foreign Schools
In a November 1, 2010 Electronic Announcement on the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) Web site, Federal Student Aid announced the publication of three sets of Final Rules for the Student Assistance Programs authorized under Title IV of the Higher Education Act in the Federal Register on October 29, 2010 and November 1, 2010. One of these three Final Rules governs foreign schools that participate in the Title IV Student Assistance Programs. It was published on November 1, 2010.
